At Lingfield Primary School, our vision is simple but powerful: we want every child to leave us with happy memories, a love of learning and the confidence to achieve their personal best. Alongside our strong mainstream provision, our specialist Willows provision is led by passionate champions who work closely with staff to ensure that pupils with additional needs are supported to thrive. Lingfield is also a place where both pupils and adults are encouraged to think entrepreneurially. Children are given opportunities to take initiative, develop leadership skills and contribute to the life of the school, while leaders continually seek creative ways to strengthen provision and opportunities for pupils. Our staff are deeply committed to our school and the community it serves. Many have grown professionally within Lingfield, developing their careers here as we grow future teachers and leaders from within.
